How to offer lacquer work?

For a smooth, safe and quick turnaround, we ask that you follow the steps below. Most customers are already familiar with this system. Before bringing in goods or having them picked up, please send an email with the following information:

Whether you bring in the paintwork or wish to have it collected
The reference
Number of pieces
Wood type
Desired finish
Color
Whether or not it belongs to a pending order

If you do not know the final color at that time, mention that you will provide it later. You give this same document when the goods are picked up or delivered.

This way we always have an overview of the goods that come to us. Before bringing in, we also ask that you clearly indicate which side, if any, should NOT be painted.

Due to our structured way of working, we try to eliminate as many mistakes as possible and thereby continuously improve our cooperation.
