CNC operator / Woodworker in day shift - Full-time

Job Description:

As a woodworker specializing in profiling manageable pieces of wood such as wreath moldings, crown moldings, light moldings, door stiles and rails, furniture components, and more, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines. You will set up these machines independently and have in-depth knowledge of woodworking, allowing you to determine adjustment values for tolerance, position and surface condition of both the piece and tool.
In addition, your daily tasks include assembling and adjusting cutting tools, accurately positioning and securing wood pieces, and adjusting machining parameters such as speed, progress, throughput and lubrication. You will be responsible for starting up and monitoring production, noting machine failures in a timely manner and making the necessary adjustments to keep production running smoothly.
In addition, you will be responsible for recording data related to production and quality monitoring. As a woodworker, you will contribute to the manufacture of high-quality wood products, and you will play a crucial role in our commitment to excellence in the woodworking industry.

Prerequisites:

Preferably one year of experience.
You have an education in wood and a good knowledge of wood.
You have experience with modern woodworking machines.
You have an interest in wood and want to be creative with wood.
You are service-oriented and value quality.
You are committed and want to mean something to the company.
You are precise and have a sense of safety, order and cleanliness.
You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
You are always willing to upskill.

Operator sanding robot - Full-time

Job Description:

Preparing workpieces, checking and assessing smoothness, sanding if necessary.
Checking quality of finish, touch-up and retouching.
Ensure order and cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations.
Sanding and slitting of various finishes.
Reading work orders
Check the safety features of production facilities (tools, assembly line, etc.)
Start up the machine or plant and monitor the production process.
Notice machine malfunctions and make adjustments.
Control production and remove non-conforming products.

Gun sprayer / surface finisher - Full-time

Are you the one who will come to add more color to our firm?

Job Description:

Setting and fine tuning the spray gun, stocking and dispensing product (lacquer, color,…)
Preparing workpieces, checking and assessing smoothness.
Spraying from primer to top coat on the workpieces according to certain spraying techniques.
Checking finishing, touching up and retouching.
Cleaning tools, shielding finished pieces.
Ensure order and cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations.
Preparing the surfaces according to the type of carrier (degreasing, covering, sandblasting, etc.)
Preparing the product (quantity, color shade, mixture,…) controlling the equipment.
Apply paint, varnish or lacquer.
Check the surface (deposition, appearance, thickness,…) identify discrepancies, make repairs, finish repairs,….
